CORPORATE WELLNESS

Camp takes place from Monday to Thursday over a month period, for an hour a day, in the morning, afternoon or early evening. You will be guided by one of are (PFA), personal fitness agents and workouts typically include short distance running, ab exercises, circuit training, team work drills, free weights, and more. We cater to individuals of all shapes and sizes, from fitness enthusiasts to beginners, and nobody is left behind or asked to do more than they are capable of. These can be perform inside a company gym or outside and as you don't have to do a long-term contract, you can register on a month-to-month basis.
